In recent times, citizen reception work at all levels and sectors in the province has been carried out regularly and seriously. All levels and sectors have promoted responsibility, promptly led, directed, and coordinated in resolving complaints and denunciations of citizens right from the beginning at the grassroots level, thereby limiting public frustration.

The work of inspecting responsibilities associated with public service inspection has been strengthened; the skills of classifying and handling petitions of civil servants in charge of receiving and handling citizens have been increasingly improved; citizens' petitions have been concentrated at one point and transferred to the right competent agencies for resolution. The system of Citizen Reception Committees of the province and districts, cities and towns has been established and improved; and has been put into operation in an orderly and effective manner.

From January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017, State administrative agencies at all levels in the province received 16,092 citizens coming to make complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections. Of which: the provincial citizen reception office received: 2,123 visits; provincial departments, branches and sectors received: 609 visits; districts and communes received: 13,360 visits.

The whole province has received 19,956 complaints, denunciations, petitions, and land disputes (2,091 complaints, 1,769 denunciations, 15,736 petitions, land disputes). Of which, the number of complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of state administrative agencies at all levels is 1,060 cases. Up to now, all levels and sectors have resolved 1,008/1,060 cases, reaching a rate of 95.09%.

Through handling complaints and denunciations, violations were discovered and 11,399.75 million VND and 3,770 m were handled.2Land. At the monitoring session, delegates focused on discussing and requesting clarification of a number of issues regarding citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement such as: coordination with relevant agencies in handling complaints and denunciations; processes and procedures in handling complaints and denunciations; handling outstanding complaints and denunciations in the area. Concluding the working session, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Nguyen - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Provincial Inspectorate in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations in the past time.

He requested the Provincial Inspectorate to continue promoting propaganda, dissemination and education of the law, strictly implementing the provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciations, linking citizen reception with the organization of handling complaints and denunciations.

Strengthening State management, grasping the situation of complaints and denunciations; especially advising on the final settlement of cases under the province's authority, especially cases related to land, site clearance, policies and regimes, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the province./.
