Destroyed 4,000 poultry and 410kg of animal products

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 21, Dien Chau Veterinary Station destroyed 4,000 poultry including ducks, chickens and 410kg of animal products such as cow and buffalo feet. All of them had no known origin.

Previously, at 12:30 p.m. on August 18, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered a passenger bus with license plate 36B - 020.25 driven by Ngo Tien Sy, residing in Tho Xuan - Thanh Hoa, carrying 7 foam boxes containing 410 kg of buffalo and cow feet.

Then, at 10:30 p.m. on August 19, in Dien An commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station continued to discover passenger bus with license plate 75B - 011.98 driven by driver Hoang Ba Hieu, carrying 40 cardboard boxes containing 4,000 chickens and ducks.

All of the poultry and animal products above did not have quarantine documents and origin. Dien Chau Traffic Police Station has handed them over to the Veterinary Station for handling according to the law./.
