This is the first international flight route in Quang Binh and also the first and only direct international flight route to date from Vietnam to Chiang Mai.

The flight time between Dong Hoi airport and Chiang Mai airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes. The daily low fare between Dong Hoi and Chiang Mai is only from 410,000 VND/trip, excluding taxes, fees and promotional tickets.
