Based on the request of Hanoi Police, the People's Procuracy at the same level issued a decision to cancel the decision to temporarily detain Mr. Kinh by the Hanoi Police Investigation Police.

The Hanoi People's Procuracy requested the Hanoi Police Investigation Agency and the Hanoi Police Detention Center to implement the decision to cancel the temporary detention decision against Mr. Kinh in accordance with regulations. On April 20, the Hanoi People's Procuracy issued a decision to cancel the temporary detention decision against Mr. Le Dinh Kinh.

Speaking to reporters, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, Secretary of Dong Tam Commune, said that summoning Mr. Kinh to work was normal, to serve the investigation agency related to the content of the petition that Mr. Kinh, the representative of the villagers, sent.

Ms. Lan said that Mr. Kinh still cannot walk and has to rely on his children to help him. According to the Secretary of Dong Tam Commune, if Mr. Kinh cannot walk as requested, the investigation agency can come to his house to ask about related matters.
