Signing of investment cooperation agreement to build a 26-storey apartment building worth 400 billion VND in Vinh City

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 20, in Vinh City, a signing ceremony took place for investment cooperation, development, capital funding and guarantee for the investment project to build Lung Lo Building at 33 Phan Boi Chau Street - Quan Bau Ward - Vinh City.

Attending the event were leaders of Lung Lo Construction Corporation - Ministry of National Defense, representatives of relevant departments and branches, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and general contractor Arita Joint Stock Company.

The investor of Lung Lo Building project at 33 Phan Boi Chau Street - Quan Bau Ward - Vinh City is Lung Lo Construction Corporation. The project is built on an area of ​​over 2,728 m²including a 26-storey residential and commercial building and 1 basement. The construction area is over 1,757 m², total construction floor area of ​​nearly 48,000 m².

Lung Lo Building includes 528 apartments with areas from 50 - 80 m²and has a total investment of nearly 400 billion VND. With the attention and support of all levels and sectors and the determination of the investor, Arita Joint Stock Company will complete the project within 20 months.
