US soldier arrested by FBI on suspicion of ties to IS

The FBI has arrested a US military service member serving in Hawaii on charges of links to the Islamic State terrorist group, the Associated Press reported, citing US officials.

According to the news agency, the arrested person is a soldier. His infantry unit is based in Honolulu.
