Because Mr. Chau did not pay nearly 3 million VND for making a bread display cabinet, a young man in Khanh Hoa came to kill and beat the shop owner's wife to death.

On July 10, Khanh Hoa People's Procuracy completed the indictment and transferred the case file to the same-level court to prosecute Nguyen Minh Thuan (36 years old) for murder.

Investigation results determined that Thuan was hired by Mr. Nguyen Chau (owner of a bakery on October 23rd Street, Dien Khanh District) to make a display cabinet.

When he delivered the cabinet, Mr. Chau owed him nearly 3 million VND, but he came to ask for it many times but this person refused to pay.

In early February, Thuan called a friend to drive to the bakery to talk about an argument he had with Mr. Chau's husband.

The young man who was with him was chased by Mr. Chau with a machete, so the two sides got into a fight. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ron (Mr. Chau's wife) tried to stop him but was beaten by Thuan and died.

According to the indictment, Thuan's accomplice was chased by the victim and reported Thuan's actions to the police, so he was exempted from prosecution for the acts of Failure to report a crime and Disturbing public order./.
