Nghia Dan: support 120 tons of cement for extremely disadvantaged hamlets to build new rural areas

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghia Dan district has just had a policy to support 120 tons of cement for extremely disadvantaged hamlets registering to reach the NTM finish line.

Up to now, Nghia Dan district has had 10/25 communes and towns meeting the National New Rural Standards, including Nghia Hieu, Nghia Long, Nghia Khanh, Nghia Binh, Nghia Hong, Nghia Minh, Nghia Son, Nghia Phu, Nghia Hoi and Nghia Hung communes.

Nghia Dan has had good and creative ways in building new rural areas, effectively promoting the State's support mechanisms and policies and mobilizing people to participate. In particular, the implementation of the cement support program for building rural roads.

The district has issued a Resolution on the policy of supporting cement for rural traffic construction for communes and hamlets registered to meet NTM standards, period 2015 - 2020.

Accordingly, communes registered to meet NTM standards will be supported with 500 tons of cement/commune, PC 40 type, to build rural roads. For hamlets with special difficulties according to the Government's decision, they will be supported with 120 tons of cement/hamlet; For hamlets of the remaining communes, they will be supported with 80 tons of cement to build rural roads, period 2017 - 2020.
