Provincial Party Secretary visits and works in Bolikhamxay province, Laos
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 1, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation led a high-ranking delegation of Nghe An province to begin a working visit to Bolikhamxay province, Lao PDR.
At Nam Phao international border gate, Lao PDR opposite Cau Treo border gate, Ha Tinh province, on behalf of the leaders of Bolikhamxay province, comrade Bun ma - Bu Cha Lon - Deputy Secretary, Deputy Governor of Bolikhamxay province welcomed comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh and the high-ranking delegation of the province to visit and work.

On August 2, in Pac Xan town, the center of Bolikhamxay province, high-ranking delegations of Nghe An and Bolikhamxay provinces will hold talks to evaluate the results achieved in implementing the Minutes of the working results between the two high-ranking delegations of the two provinces signed on October 18, 2012 in Vinh city.
On that basis, senior delegates of the two provinces will discuss cooperation contents in the coming time.
Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province and Comrade Kong Keo - Xay Song Kham - Member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, Secretary, Governor of Bolikhamxay province will sign the minutes of the working results between the high-ranking delegations of the two provinces.
Nghe An and Bolikhamxay established relations in 1976 and the cooperative relationship between the two provinces has been increasingly consolidated and developed, contributing to enhancing the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two Parties and two States in both breadth and depth.

During this time, the two Parties and two States are carrying out activities towards the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship and Cooperation Treaty.

The visit and working session of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh to Bolikhamxay province is an opportunity to once again deeply affirm the special and loyal friendship between the two Parties, two States, and people of Vietnam and Laos in general, and the two provinces of Nghe An and Bolikhamxay in particular.
On this occasion, it is expected that Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh and the delegation will visit the Laos-Vietnam Border Youth Friendship Village in Kham Cot district, Bolikhamxay province on August 3 before returning home./.
