Thai Hoa Town implements Resolution No. 5 of the Central Committee.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 20th, the Propaganda Department of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee organized a conference to study, understand, and implement the Resolution of the Fifth Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (12th term) for 320 Party members from the Party branches under the Town Party Committee.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on three basic themes of Resolution No. 5 of the Central Committee (12th Congress), including: Resolution No. 10 on developing the private economy into an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy; Resolution No. 11 on perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institutions; and Resolution No. 12 on continuing to restructure, innovate, and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises.

The conference requested delegates to focus on studying, discussing, and clarifying the core contents and new issues in the documents of the 12th National Congress; and to organize the development of action programs and implementation plans for the Resolution in a practical, effective manner, suitable to each locality and unit.

Following the conference, the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee requested all Party members to directly contact their own organizations and units to write reports summarizing the contents disseminated in Resolution 5 (12th Congress).
