Speaking at the UN-sponsored Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, Switzerland, Han Tae Song stressed: "North Korea's recent self-defense measures are a gift to none other than the United States. Washington will continue to receive more gift packages from North Korea as long as it continues its reckless provocations and futile attempts to pressure Pyongyang."

Ambassador Han Tae Song's statement came just two days after North Korea conducted its sixth nuclear test, believed to be its largest ever./
