Previously, on August 10, Le Duc Minh (born 1982) and Phan Minh Phong (born 1992), both from Phu Tho, were drinking beer together when they had the idea of ​​buying sex.

Because of their previous acquaintance, Minh later called Thuong to discuss the matter of buying sex and told her to call another prostitute for Phong. After that, the two sides agreed on a price of 2 million VND per customer for each prostitution session.

Then, Thuong called Tran Thi Thanh Xuan (born 1999, from Phu Tho), an acquaintance she had known before, and invited her to go sell sex with her, and Xuan agreed.

At around 6pm the same day, Thuong and Xuan went to the meeting place to meet Phong and Minh. After that, the four of them went to eat together on Dao Tan street and then went to a motel in Cong Vi ward, Ba Dinh district to buy and sell sex.

Here, Phong gave Thuong 4 million VND for sex. Thuong took all the money and told Xuan that she would give him the money when she finished. Then, Thuong and Minh went to room 401, while Xuan and Phong stayed in room 301.

At about 7:40 p.m. the same day, a working group of the Criminal Police Team of Ba Dinh District Police conducted an administrative inspection and discovered two couples in the two rooms above engaging in prostitution.

During on-site investigation, the sex buyers and sellers all confessed that the sex buying and selling took place under the guidance and mediation of Thuong, and Thuong was also the one who directly sold sex.

During the search, the police seized evidence including 4 million VND, the money the customers paid to the prostitutes, and 3 cell phones of the subjects. At the police station, Thuong confessed to his crime./.
