From 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on September 15, the lake was discharged through one gate with an opening of 30.0 cm with a discharge flow of 13.17 m3/s. Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong added: Although the water level of Vuc Mau reservoir is not full, we still have to conduct a test discharge to check the technique, promptly fix the problem when the reservoir is full to safely discharge water.

With 1 downstream discharge gate to ensure safety.

The company currently has 4 degraded reservoirs, full of water and in a warning state, namely Don Hung, Bau Gia, Khe Than, Bau Da reservoirs, and has deployed mechanical equipment to open the spillway. The company has developed a plan to evacuate people from the above 4 reservoirs to a safe place when necessary.

According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue: Up to this point, 307/625 reservoirs have been filled with water. Of these, dozens of reservoirs managed by businesses and localities are at risk of dam failure such as Don Hung, Ke Sat, Tuan, Khe Gang (Yen Thanh), Thanh Thuy, Thanh, Ba Khe (Nam Dan), Khe Ran (Con Cuong)...

Currently, for the above reservoirs, the forces of the irrigation enterprise and local authorities are on duty 24/7 to promptly handle incidents. For Ban Ve, Khe Bo, Chi Khe hydropower plants, they regularly contact the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue to deploy operations in accordance with the Prime Minister's inter-reservoir operation process on the Ca River./.
