Cảnh báo 'ma trận' sâm Ngọc Linh giả

Theo các chuyên gia cảnh báo, trên thị trường đang xuất hiện sâm Ngọc Linh giả dưới các hình thức vi phạm về sở hữu trí tuệ, vi phạm tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, chỉ dẫn địa lý.

Việc mua bán chủ yếu núp bóng qua các trang mạng xã hội (MXH), mua bán trực tiếp trao tay, giao hàng tận nơi. Không những gây nhiều khó khăn cho lực lượng quản lý thị trường, ảnh hưởng đến người trồng, bán sâm thật, trong khi người mua thì hoang mang.

Ngày càng khó kiểm soát

Theo UBND tỉnh Quảng Nam, Kon Tum cùng các đơn vị có liên quan tại địa phương, hiện tượng giả sâm Ngọc Linh đang ngày càng phổ biến và khó kiểm soát. Việc lưu thông phân phối sâm trên thị trường đang diễn ra phức tạp. Theo ông Lê Văn Thanh - Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Nam - sâm Ngọc Linh là sản phẩm quý, hiếm. Giá sâm hiện đang tăng lên gấp 4-5 lần (so với cách đây 2 năm), do vậy có hiện tượng giả sâm Ngọc Linh để bán với giá sâm Ngọc Linh thật khiến người dân hoang mang. Điều này đã ảnh hưởng đến hình ảnh chất lượng sâm núi Ngọc Linh, ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến người trồng sâm cũng như người tiêu dùng.

Hiện tượng giả sâm Ngọc Linh đang ngày càng phổ biến và khó kiểm soát.

Ông Vương Văn Mười - Phó Chủ tịch UBND huyện Tu Mơ Rông (Kon Tum) cũng khẳng định có tình trạng kinh doanh sâm Ngọc Linh giả trên thị trường. Hiện nay huyện đang trồng hơn 300ha nhưng chủ yếu đang trong giai đoạn trồng và bảo tồn chứ chưa đưa vào kinh doanh, nhưng trên địa bàn huyện đang diễn ra tình trạng buôn bán Tam thất hoang, Tam thất Vũ Diệp giả sâm Ngọc Linh.

Bên cạnh những hình thức mua bán công khai, hoạt động mua bán sâm Ngọc Linh giả còn được thực hiện dưới hình thức sử dụng các trang web, mạng xã hội (MXH) để rao bán. Đại diện của Chi cục Quản lý thị trường tỉnh Kon Tum cho biết: Trên địa bàn vẫn đang tồn tại hoạt động giới thiệu, mua bán sản phẩm sâm Ngọc Linh củ và các sản phẩm có nguồn gốc từ sâm Ngọc Linh không rõ nguồn gốc xuất xứ và chưa được kiểm định chất lượng. Đặc biệt có hành vi gian lận thương mại, kinh doanh hàng giả, hàng kém chất lượng.

In recent times, the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee has directed the authorities to intensify the campaign to crack down on and rectify the trading of fake Ngoc Linh ginseng. Through inspection, it was discovered that 3 businesses, namely Kon Tum Ngoc Linh Ginseng Wine Joint Stock Company, Danaco Quang Nam Company, and Nhat Quang Medicinal Plants, were trading in Ngoc Linh ginseng products of unknown origin; administrative fines of more than 96 million VND were imposed. However, only violations of food safety, trading in goods of unknown origin, and not having a business registration certificate were handled, but there was no legal basis or sanctions, leading to many difficulties in management.

In response to information about fake Ngoc Linh ginseng appearing on the market, the Ministry of Science and Technology has established a working group to visit localities to survey and verify. Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh has assigned the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Science and Technology to be the focal point, coordinating with relevant units to propose solutions to resolve current difficulties in managing, controlling and handling fake Ngoc Linh ginseng. At the same time, he requested the two provinces of Kon Tum and Quang Nam to strengthen coordination, enhance the reputation and brand of Ngoc Linh ginseng products, promptly issue a set of tools, regulations on management and use, and establish a Ngoc Linh ginseng production and trading association, and issue labels for Ngoc Linh ginseng products.
