Decomposing body of man in closet

Returning home after a few days of being angry at her husband for leaving, a woman in Ho Chi Minh City opened the closet and discovered the man's body was badly decomposed.

On the afternoon of August 16, the woman and her friend returned home on Phan Van Hon Street (Xuan Thoi Thuong commune, Hoc Mon district)Inside, they smelled a foul odor coming from the closet so they checked and discovered the man's body.

Investigators found blood stains around the body. The body was badly decomposed and could not be identified, and is suspected to be the homeowner's husband.

According to nearby residents, the homeowner and his wife had an argument more than a week ago. The wife then left and only discovered the incident when she returned with her friend.

Police took statements from witnesses and people around to investigate.
