The body of a young man who died in Taiwan was brought back to his hometown for burial.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 16, a representative of the leader of Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu) said that at 5:00 p.m. the same day, the body of Le Van Hop (born in 1996), residing in hamlet 8, Son Hai commune, Quynh Luu, was brought back to his hometown for burial according to local customs.
Previously, on July 31, 2017, Mr. Hop and several other crew members boarded a boat to go fishing. On August 3, while working, Mr. Hop was suddenly electrocuted and lost consciousness on the spot. The ship owner took him to Chang Can Hospital in Taipei (Taiwan) for emergency treatment, but he did not survive.
Upon hearing the news of Mr. Hop's death, his family had to borrow money to send over, and with the help of friends, the Nghe An Association in Taiwan, and the authorities, completed the procedures to bring his body back to Vietnam.
It is known that Mr. Hop is the son of Mr. Le Van Minh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Luong (both born in 1968, residing in Son Hai commune, Quynh Luu). He went to Taiwan to work as a crew member for less than a year.
Currently, Mr. Hop's family situation is very difficult, his father is disabled, his mother is unemployed, and the family has 4 siblings who are all mentally affected./.
