After listening to comments from relevant departments and localities, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien requested: The Department of Science and Technology must accept comments from departments and localities to complete soon.
The Regulations must clearly state strict management solutions to prevent abuse of instruction stamps, which can damage the brand's reputation. The number of stamps and logos issued must be based on the actual quantity of oranges produced by the garden. The stamps are not affixed by the trader but by the producer. In particular, strict management must be done but not complicated, cumbersome, causing inconvenience to businesses and people in the certification procedures./.
