Nearly 600kg of unlabeled food seized for sale at school gate
(Baonghean.vn)- On the afternoon of September 14, the Environmental Police Team of Vinh City Police arrested a case of trading in large quantities of food products of unknown origin.

Checking the kiosk owned by Ms. Dang Thi Huyen (born 1971), residing in Dong Vinh ward, located west of the main hall of Vinh market, the environmental police force discovered that the kiosk was selling nearly 600kg of unlabeled goods. Among them were 105kg of dried pork floss, 70kg of dried beef, 14kg of dried squid, 60kg of lotus jam, 30kg of pumpkin jam, 15kg of chicken legs and wings, and a number of other goods.

These are the items that Ms. Huyen imported to sell to dessert shops and grocery stores in front of school gates.
At the time of inspection, the goods sold by Ms. Huyen had no labels or invoices to prove their origin.
