According to initial information, at around 4:30 p.m. on September 20, Ms. NTT (born in 1986), residing in Hung Long commune, Hung Nguyen district, was driving a motorbike with license plate number 29S3 - 8882, carrying her 3-year-old son behind.

When arriving at the roundabout at the intersection of National Highway 46, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City, he was suddenly hit from behind by a Howo vehicle with license plate number 37C - 226.65 (driver's identity unknown).

As a result, the baby died on the spot, the mother was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Upon receiving the news that his wife and child had an accident, the husband ran over and cried in the middle of the street.

The accident happened at rush hour, causing local traffic congestion.
