New student at the University of Culture, Che Thi Lam Oanh, has been honored in beauty contests such as: Third prize in the "Beauty of Ethnic Minorities in Nghe An" contest, First prize in the "Beauty of My Hometown" contest… Lam Oanh is a female student from Nghe An who surprised the online community when she wore a wedding dress made from 3,000 paper flowers.

On August 17th and 18th, Hanoi University of Culture began welcoming students to complete their enrollment procedures. Among the new students welcomed on this occasion was Che Thi Lam Oanh, a female student from Nghe An province. She is one of the top-scoring students in the Faculty of Traditional Culture with 25.75 points.

Before entering university, Che Thi Lam Oanh was a student at Le Loi High School in Tan Ky mountainous district (Nghe An province). Lam Oanh is from an ethnic minority group with a difficult family situation; her parents are farmers. However, through her own efforts, she has achieved many impressive accomplishments, earning the title of "Outstanding Student" for many years and winning second prize in the provincial-level competitions for outstanding students in Literature and Geography.
