Witnesses to the incident said: at the above time, truck with license plate 37C - 063.90 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling from a residential road to National Highway 1A when it suddenly collided with motorbike with license plate 37L2 - 018.88 traveling on the National Highway.

The sudden, strong collision caused the young man (about 27 years old), a resident of Quynh Luu district, to fall on the road on his motorbike and was dragged under the truck, seriously injured.

People promptly transferred the victim to the hospital for emergency care.
