Nam Kim Primary School (Nam Dan) received the National Standard Level I certificate.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 5, Nam Kim Primary School (Nam Dan) held the Opening Ceremony of the new school year and received the National Standard Level I certificate.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; representatives of all levels, departments and leaders of Nam Dan district.

After listening to the President's congratulatory letter for the new school year, Ms. Dang Thi Hoa, Principal of Nam Kim Primary School, reported on the achievements of the past school year. In the 2016-2017 school year, Nam Kim Primary School had 22 classes with a total of 625 students and 33 teachers.

Of which, the number of students completing the class program was 624/625 students, reaching 99.8%, completing the primary school program was 100%. Number of students receiving awards: Students completing excellent subjects were 132/625 students, reaching 21%, students excelling in some subjects were 118/625 students, reaching 19%, and 15 students were excellent at the district level.

The number of teachers who are excellent at provincial level is 1 person, excellent at district level is 16 people, excellent at school level in the 2016-2017 school year is 29 people. This school year, Nam Kim Primary School welcomed 136 first graders.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee sent best wishes to all teachers and parents of Nam Kim Primary School.

At the same time, he praised the school's achievements in recent times and wished that teachers would always innovate education, be a shining example for students to follow; hoped that students would strive to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, become good children and good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

On this occasion, the school also awarded 10 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances.
