Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy, Nguyen Van Thong. Also attending were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches and leaders of Hung Nguyen district.
