From the highland that the people of hamlet 7B, Hung Yen Nam commune (Hung Nguyen) left fallow for a long time due to ineffective agricultural production, after surveying, New Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company received 3 hectares of investment to build Hung Yen Tuynel Brick Factory.

The project started in 2016 and during the implementation, the investor encountered many difficulties due to the need to level the land, build roads (because this is a planned land area far from residential areas), and at the same time build the factory... but with the attention and timely support of local authorities, related sectors and especially the people, the project was implemented very smoothly, on schedule and the Hung Yen Tuynel Brick Factory with a capacity of 10 million products/year was completed and put into production in early 2017.
