The accident occurred at 4:00 a.m. on September 24, on National Highway 15A, passing through Hong Son Commune (Do Luong). According to local residents, at the time, the truck with license plate 37C - 012. 56 was traveling in the direction of Do Luong - Tan Ky. When it reached Hamlet 8, while avoiding a passenger bus going in the opposite direction, it lost control and crashed into the bottom of the stream, more than 10 meters from the road surface.

At the time of the accident, the truck was carrying full of sand, the driver luckily escaped.

After the accident, the car owner called the traffic rescue force. By 11am the same day, the truck had been lifted off the road.
