Ministry of Education and Training has 2 new deputy ministers
The Prime Minister has just decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc - Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, and Mr. Nguyen Huu Do - Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

The decision to appoint two deputy ministers of the Ministry of Education and Training this time is considered a replacement appointment for the ministry's leadership after Deputy Minister Nguyen Vinh Hien retired under the regime more than a year ago and Deputy Minister Bui Van Ga will also retire under the regime from the end of November 2017.
Currently, the Ministry of Education and Training has six leaders, including: Minister Phung Xuan Nha, Deputy Ministers: Bui Van Ga, Nguyen Thi Nghia, Pham Manh Hung, Nguyen Van Phuc and Nguyen Huu Do.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc was born in 1974, hometown in Long An province.
Mr. Phuc has a bachelor's degree in economics from Foreign Trade University; a master's degree in development economics, a joint program between Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and the Institute of Social Sciences in The Hague, Netherlands.
In 2006, Mr. Phuc received a PhD in Development Research in Economics from the Institute of Social Sciences in The Hague, Netherlands.
From February 2008 to June 2008, Mr. Phuc was Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
From 2008 to present, Mr. Phuc has held the position of Vice Principal and Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Do was born in 1962, has a Bachelor of Mathematics Education and a PhD in Educational Management.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Do has been the Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training from 2008 to present./.
