Young man turned up the music and raped a little girl

On September 25, the Criminal Police Department of Cang Long District (Tra Vinh) is temporarily detaining Nguyen Minh Luan (25 years old, residing in Tan An Commune, Cang Long District) to investigate the act of 'Raping children'.

According to the investigation agency, on the morning of September 22, Luan was passing by the house of his 14-year-old neighbor girl when he heard loud music.

Luan entered the house and saw the girl alone, so he had bad intentions. Taking advantage of the empty area, Luan went to the music player, turned up the volume, then dragged the girl into the bedroom and used force to rape her.

The girl then told her parents about the incident. The family went to the police station to report the incident. Luan was arrested and admitted his actions.
