Workshop to collect opinions on sales invoices and service provision

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of September 27, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An branch, coordinated with the Nghe An Tax Department to organize a workshop on 'Disseminating and collecting comments on the Draft Decree regulating invoices for sales and service provision and the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of a number of tax laws'.

The workshop participants are organizations, associations and businesses in Nghe An province.

Currently, the Ministry of Finance is presiding over the drafting of a replacement for Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP and Decree No. 04/2014/ND-CP on invoices for the sale of goods and provision of services. In addition, the Ministry of Finance is also drafting a Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on VAT, the Law on Special Consumption Tax, the Law on Corporate Income Tax, the Law on Personal Income Tax and the Law on Natural Resources Tax and seeking opinions from affected entities.

At the Workshop, leaders of Nghe An Tax Department disseminated the Draft Decree regulating invoices for sales and service provision: general provisions; Electronic invoices of enterprises; Electronic invoices with codes of the Tax Authority; Printed and self-printed invoices; Use of self-printed invoices; Value-added services on electronic invoices; Rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in managing and using invoices. And some important changes and additions affecting enterprises.

Disseminate the Draft Law on VAT, Law on Special Consumption Tax, Law on Corporate Income Tax, Law on Personal Income Tax and Law on Natural Resources Tax and points to note that affect businesses.

To ensure the reasonableness and feasibility of the document, and to ensure the rights and interests of enterprises, at the workshop, representatives of organizations, associations and enterprises in the province contributed many practical ideas to the draft.
