(Baonghean.vn) - That is the opinion of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh when talking about continuing to promote studying and following the example of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The report on the results of 1 year of implementing Directive 05 shows that many localities and units in the province have proactively organized specialized study in periodic activities, specialized activities of party organizations, socio-political organizations, agencies and units throughout the province.

The noteworthy point is that Nghe An has identified breakthrough content to create clear changes in implementing Directive 05.

At the provincial level, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has identified and directed the good implementation of 3 contents.

Firstly, build the image of an exemplary Nghe An Party member, prestigious among the people, innovate working style and manners close to the people.

Second, innovate thinking, be truly open-minded, promote internal strength, and take advantage of external strength in attracting investment.

Third, continue to maintain many campaigns and many practical, effective, diverse and rich models to help the poor, poor communes and villages develop the economy and become rich.

At the district and grassroots levels, localities and units have selected many specific breakthrough contents based on their practical situations to focus on implementation.

At all levels, sectors and localities, vivid and convincing examples, models and typical examples of learning and following Uncle Ho have appeared. Movements of mutual love and support to help the poor, poor areas, remote areas and especially disadvantaged areas have been effectively and practically implemented.

Commenting on the report, all opinions agreed that studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular, self-motivated and voluntary activity. In addition, delegates attending the meeting also said that it is necessary to deploy annual topics on following Uncle Ho earlier and to link them more clearly with annual professional tasks. The process of directing the implementation of Directive 05 and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee needs to be cohesive, seamless and continuous.

Studying and following Uncle Ho is closely linked to building and rectifying the Party, building the prestige of cadres through a style of being close to the people, understanding the people, respecting the people, working for the people, raising the prestige of grassroots cadres with the people. The Party Secretary and the Commune Chairman must dialogue with the masses, which is difficult at first, but later becomes normal, becomes a style and discipline. Cadres of the people must live among the people, and must be supported by the people.

Cadres and party members need to correctly assess the people's thoughts, feelings, respect and support for their leaders in order to lead the masses to successfully carry out emulation movements to develop the socio-economy and build the homeland and country.

The head of Nghe An Party Committee believes that it is necessary to continue to make studying Uncle Ho a regular task, associated with Party building and rectification, demonstrating a serious spirit, from specific actions in close-knit working style, in lifestyle and activities, such as the directive banning drinking alcohol at noon, banning celebratory parties. Along with that, it is necessary to apply Directive 05 to solve pressing issues in society.

The Provincial Party Secretary also directed the staff to prepare content for December 2017 to organize a meeting to implement the theme of studying and following Uncle Ho for 2018.
