On the afternoon of September 30, at a working session with the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Hoang Binh Quan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central External Relations Commission awarded the "For the Party's Foreign Affairs Cause" Medal to key leaders of Nghe An.

The medal is a recognition by the Central External Relations Commission for the achievements of key local leaders - individuals who have made practical and effective contributions to foreign affairs in general and the Party's foreign affairs in particular.
