After listening to the National Assembly delegates report on the content of the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly scheduled to take place from October 23 to November 23, 2017, voters in the communes made many recommendations.
Voter Le Van Huong, Chau Binh commune said that currently, the Mong village reservoir project is being implemented in the commune, the number of households that have to relocate their houses and have their land reclaimed to carry out the projects is relatively large. However, people are still facing many difficulties in relocation, and need support to quickly build resettlement areas, helping people to soon stabilize their housing and feel secure in production.
Voter Nguyen Minh Giam, Binh Quang village, Chau Binh commune, reported that the village still has no electricity grid, the roads are seriously degraded, have not been upgraded or repaired, making the lives of the people very difficult. Moreover, currently nearly 2/3 of the people of the village are in flooded areas, forced to relocate, but the provision of new housing and site clearance has not been completed.

This voter also expressed his indignation at the current issue, when corruption is gradually being exposed at a serious level; he requested the Party and State to deal with it seriously and take more drastic measures to deter it.
Voter Kim Thai Binh, Binh Ba village, Chau Binh said: most of the households that have escaped poverty are families with land for cultivation and production. In the area, there is Co Ba Forestry with a land fund of up to 12,000 hectares, however, people have not yet been able to access and be granted forest land for production. Therefore, voters hope that the authorities and sectors will pay attention and allocate forest land to the people, which is also a way to help people here eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. "Mountain people can only get rich from forest land", this voter said.
Voter Luong Van Phuong, representing voters of Chau Nga commune, proposed a number of issues related to: forest protection and conservation policies according to Decree 75 of the Government, to date there are still 98 households that have not been granted ownership rights; implementing policies to repair houses for people with revolutionary contributions; allocating forest land to people for production investment.
At the meeting, voters were also interested in a number of issues such as: investing in building the national target program on new rural areas, supporting the construction of houses for people with meritorious services according to Decision 22 of the Government, granting land use rights certificates...

After receiving 12 opinions, recommendations and proposals from voters speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation Tran Van Mao clarified a number of issues under the authority of the National Assembly and central ministries and branches.
Regarding voters' recommendations on paying attention to and investing in new rural construction, delegate Tran Van Mao suggested that people in Quy Chau district communes promote their internal strength, with the motto "The State and the people work together", register and strive to soon reach the new rural finish line.
Regarding the issue of corruption, delegate Mao said that since the Party and State launched the fight, 14 senior officials have been disciplined. Accordingly, the Party and State have been and are taking drastic action. Through this, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of the province also asked Quy Chau voters to join in this fierce fight.
On behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Mr. Tran Van Mao affirmed that the legitimate concerns of voters in communes in Quy Chau will be compiled, transferred to competent authorities for consideration, resolution and feedback will soon be provided to voters.
