(Baonghean.vn) - During rainy days, many fish ponds belonging to local residents may be flooded, causing fish to spill into the North Canal within Vinh City (Nghe An). City dwellers have flocked to fish along this canal.
Many believe that the Northern Canal, recently upgraded and renovated with funding from the World Bank, likely has cleaner water and a larger fish population.
