(Baonghean.vn) - According to information from Thanh Chuong District General Hospital, as of 4:00 p.m. on October 6, most of the victims stung by bees on the afternoon of October 5 had been discharged from the hospital.

After a day of intensive treatment, the health of most of the patients who were stung by bees and had to be hospitalized on the afternoon of October 5th has returned to normal, 9 people have been discharged. Two special cases are an elderly man over 80 years old with poor health and a young man with symptoms of vomiting who are being treated at the Emergency Department of Resuscitation and Anti-Poison. However, these 2 patients have guaranteed survival rates and will likely be discharged tomorrow.

Mr. Le Xuan Huong - Principal of Thanh Chuong 1 High School said: all the students of the school who were stung by bees and had to be hospitalized have attended school. The "vulture's nest" is still intact on the tree, near the stadium. Before that, the nest was probably broken because people climbed the tree to get honey.

About 20 victims had to be transferred to Thanh Chuong District General Hospital in a state of swelling, pain, and dizziness... Some people with mild symptoms were given outpatient treatment, while 11 patients with severe symptoms (some were stung by bees nearly 50 times, causing swelling all over their head, face, and body), including 2 cases of anaphylactic shock, were monitored and treated intensively at the Emergency Department of Resuscitation and Anti-Poisoning./.
