On the morning of October 10, due to heavy rain, all schools in Vinh City were closed. That was the information just announced by Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training. Accordingly, due to heavy rain last night, many schools in Vinh City were flooded. In this situation, the Department of Education and Training requested the Vinh City Education Department to notify all parents and students to let their students stay home from school.

Currently, the announcement has been communicated directly to each parent and for now, students will be off school today, October 10.

This is the second time this school year that students in Vinh City have had to stay home from school. Previously, due to the impact of storm No. 10, the Department of Education and Training also announced a school closure in the entire province.
