Flooded everywhere, people wade through the thick rain in Vinh

(Baonghean.vn)- After the rain on the night of October 9 and early morning of October 10, Vinh city was submerged in water, many roads were flooded, many houses were submerged up to a meter. Students in the whole city had to stay home from school.
