10 year old boy was hit in the head by a bullet while studying

While studying by the window of his home, a boy in Hai Duong was hit in the head by an air bullet and has now undergone surgery to remove the bullet.

On the afternoon of October 10, Hai Duong City Police said they were investigating the case of a 10-year-old boy who was shot in the head while studying at home.

Earlier in the afternoon of October 8, Tu (19 years old) and some people brought compressed air guns to shoot birds in the Phu Tao dike area (Thach Khoi ward). When Tu raised the gun to shoot the bird, the bullet hit the head of a 10-year-old boy who was studying by the window.

The boy was taken to Viet Duc Hospital (Hanoi) by his relatives for emergency treatment. The surgery was successful but the victim still had to be hospitalized.

Immediately after the incident, Tu was detained for investigation.
