Identifying 8 agents selling 2 million liters of dirty gasoline in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - 2 million liters of 'dirty' gasoline from 2 violating businesses after mixing was smuggled into the market through 8 agents in Nghe An.

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, on October 10, PC46 Department - Nghe An Police coordinated with Nghe An Department of Science and Technology and Department A71 of the Ministry of Public Security to successfully break the secret case 917XD, clarifying 2 million liters of "dirty" gasoline mixed into the market.

According to the investigation of the authorities, in just a short period from August 2017 to now, two private enterprises Kien Luc and Thanh Ngu Company Limited have smuggled into the market more than 2 million liters of poor quality A92 gasoline. The "dirty" gasoline is mixed according to the "formula": 50% A92 gasoline + 50% solvent + colorant.

Expanding the investigation, the two above-mentioned businesses initially confessed to having smuggled dirty gasoline through 8 agents and gasoline trading establishments, including 7 stores in Quynh Luu district and 1 store in Thai Hoa town.
