More than 1,000 people mobilized to search for the missing boy in the flood
(Baonghean.vn) - More than 1,000 people were mobilized to search for Lang Gia Huy who went missing in the flood early in the morning of October 10 in Pat village, Chau Tien commune, Quy Hop district.

As of this morning (October 12), the police, military, fire prevention and fighting police forces, and officials and people of Chau Tien and Lien Hop communes are still continuing to search for the whereabouts of the victim Lang Gia Huy (born in 2013).
This morning, the number of people participating in the search has reached more than 200 people, including the above forces. Mr. Hoang Quang Tiep - Chairman of Chau Tien Commune People's Committee said, Due to the high mountain terrain and strong water flow, it has caused many difficulties for the search force. By this morning, the rain has stopped and the stream water has begun to decrease.
Previously, as Nghe An Newspaper reported, at 6:15 a.m. on October 10, Lang Gia Huy, residing in Pat village, Chau Tien commune, was on his way to a neighbor's house to find his grandfather when he was swept away by the water.

Immediately after the incident, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district sent forces stationed in the area to search for the victim. As of this morning (October 12), the forces continued to search but have not yet had results.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tung - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district said that the district has mobilized all possible forces to join the search for the child swept away by the flood. People and officials of the two communes located along the stream were also mobilized to the maximum. "Because the stream flows through the mountain cave for more than 7km, it has greatly affected our search efforts" - Mr. Tung said./.
