Miss My Linh trapped by flood

The beauty went to Tram Tau district to carry out a charity project for the Miss World contest on October 8 but was isolated by floods and at times lost contact.

The person in charge added that this morning, the youth union sent people to the locality to support but could not bring the beauty queen back immediately because of the high risk of landslides and the 6km road was muddy. It is estimated that if the flood recedes on October 13, Miss My Linh and her team will be able to leave Cu Vai village.

Miss Do My Linh's mother said that on the evening of October 10, the beauty was still in contact with her family, but by the morning of October 11, she could not make phone calls or send messages. The beauty queen's mother is quite worried about her daughter's condition.

On October 8, Miss Do My Linh left Hanoi for Cu Vai village to continue the charity project of Bringing Electricity to the Village. At that time, the beauty shared that this was a remote area with no electricity, so her team encountered many difficulties. The team had difficulty moving, had to sleep in flooded areas, and ate white rice with boiled bamboo shoots under flashlights.
