Mr. Phan Hai Ha, a technical officer of Nghe An Bridge and Road Construction Management Joint Stock Company, said: The unit manages 49 km of National Highway 16. We have mobilized 7 excavators to level the ground at various locations. Up to this point, we have leveled about 25,000 m.3soil and rock, by the end of today (October 18) will open 1 lane at weak locations.

To completely handle the above locations, we continue to use excavators to level the landslides and compensate for the negative slopes. After the rainy season, we will carry out the construction of rock cages on the negative slopes and the embankment of landslides.
