Because of that concept, combined with limited financial resources, young SLNA talents after a few seasons of making their mark in the V.League all seek to move to other teams because the signing bonus and annual income are much larger than when playing for the team where they grew up. This has led to the situation where the SLNA squad has been in constant turmoil in recent years and has not found a worthy leader to lead the team.
