After the 3-4 loss to Than Quang Ninh, coach Ljubo Petrovic of FLC Thanh Hoa shocked the press conference room with his statement: "In my opinion, before the tournament, the organizers should announce the champion club, so that the remaining teams can compete fiercely for second and third place."

Not to mention that before that, this veteran coach often complained about the refereeing and said that the kings of the field always oppressed his team. Because of the shocking statements above, this afternoon (October 25), the VFF Disciplinary Board issued a warning and fined coach Ljubo Petrovic 10 million VND.

Previously, in the internal meeting of the Thanh Hoa team right after the loss to Than Quang Ninh, the leaders of FLC Thanh Hoa also spoke up to remind coach Ljubo Petrovic about his lack of restraint in his statements.

In addition to the sentence for the head coach of the Thanh team, the Disciplinary Board also fined Ho Chi Minh City Club 3 million VND because 5 players received yellow cards in the match with B.Binh Duong, and Hai Phong team was fined 2 million VND because 5 players also received yellow cards in the match with SLNA.
