Due to the influence of cold air, on the night of October 29, the weather in the Northern provinces will turn cold, especially in mountainous areas; from the night of October 30, it will be cold at night and early morning with the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12-15 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas, some places will be below 10 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently (October 27), a cold air mass is moving south from the North.

It is forecasted that from early morning and on October 29, cold air will affect the northern provinces of our country; on October 30, cold air will strengthen and affect the coastal provinces of Central and South Central regions.

Due to the influence of cold air, from October 29, the Northeast wind inland will be level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. On the night of October 29, the weather in the Northern provinces will turn cold, in mountainous areas it will be cold; from the night of October 30, it will be cold at night and early morning with the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12-15 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius in some places; during the day it will be sunny with the highest temperature of 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi area: The night of October 29 will be cold with the lowest temperature of 19-22 degrees Celsius; from the night of October 30, it will be cold at night and early morning with the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees Celsius; the day will be sunny with the highest temperature of 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Wind warning at sea:From the afternoon of October 29, in the North East Sea, the Northeast wind will be strong at level 6-7, gusting to level 9. From the evening and night of October 29, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 8. From October 30, in the sea off the Central and Southern regions, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 8. The sea will be rough. Disaster risk level: level 1.

Heavy rain warning on land:From October 30, in the coastal provinces of Central and South Central Vietnam, there will be rain, moderate rain, heavy rain in some places, and scattered thunderstorms. During the thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, whirlwinds and strong gusts of wind.
