100 youth union members compete to learn about adolescent reproductive health knowledge

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 5, the Department of Population - Family Planning of Nghe An province coordinated with Nghia Dan District Youth Union to organize the Golden Bell Contest "Learning about knowledge about population/family planning and reproductive health for adolescents and youth".

The contest attracted 100 students from 3 high schools in the district including: 1/5 High School; Co Do High School and the Center for Continuing Education, participating with the topic of learning about adolescent reproductive health.

Candidates went through 3 rounds: warm-up, acceleration and finish through multiple choice question packages related to contents such as measures to prevent sexual abuse in children; measures to prevent the risk of pregnancy in school-age girls, HIV/AIDS prevention...

Contestant Nguyen Khac Sao Mai, a student of class 11C3 at 1/5 High School, answered the 30th question correctly and excellently won the "Golden Bell".

The contest helps children understand the harmful effects of sexual abuse and teenage pregnancy; helps them boldly exchange and learn from each other to equip themselves with reproductive health knowledge, in order to prevent unfortunate risks that may occur.
