According to the Results Report from the Organizing Committee of the online contest "Learning about traffic safety laws and providing and using information on the internet" on Nghe An province's Information Portal in 2017, in the 4th week there were185,348Number of contestants participating in the contest (this is the week with the largest number of contestants in the past 4 weeks, nearly double compared to the 3rd contest week), 145/217 units and localities have contestants (reaching 66.82%).

In the 4th week of the exam, some units performed well, such as: Provincial Police; Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Health; districts: Hung Nguyen, Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Thai Hoa Town; Vinh University; Nghe An University of Economics; high schools: Nguyen Truong To (Vinh City), Quy Hop 3 (Quy Hop district), Co Do (Nghia Dan district), Nguyen Canh Chan, Thanh Chuong 3 (Thanh Chuong district).

As a result, the collective First Prize went to Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) with 39,930 contestants; more than 99% of the unit participated in the contest, winning 11 out of 16 prizes. The First Prize winner was Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, a student of Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City).
