The bunker in Tifton, Georgia, USA, built in 1969, can withstand a 20-kiloton nuclear bomb blast.

The basement walls are 91 cm thick. The basement has a complete air filtration system, bathrooms, entertainment and dining areas, and is decorated and modern. The basement has a 15-seat cinema and a conference room for business purposes.

The bunker also has its own power plant with solar backup, deodorizing room, safety exhaust system, 12 luxury apartments and five staff bedrooms.

In 2012 it was renovated to look more majestic, elegant like a 5-star hotel and sold for 17.5 million USD.

Although it can withstand a 20 kiloton blast (equivalent to 20,000 tons of TNT), it probably won't be much compared to the explosions of the thousand kiloton warheads that the US military holds.

However, the endurance of 20 kilotons is equivalent to two atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki (Japan) in 1945.

Currently this cellar attracts a lot of tourists to visit.
