According to Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan: immediately after the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An directed Le Loi High School to take the teacher and student to the nearest hospital or clinic for emergency treatment. Currently, both the student and the beaten teacher are being carefully cared for and are in stable health.

Also on the morning of November 14, speaking with reporters, Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet - Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee said: The district has directed the district police to investigate and clarify the above incident as quickly as possible, so that school security can be restored to peace.
Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 2:30 p.m. on November 13, at Le Loi High School, Tan Phu Commune, Tan Ky District, two subjects named Thanh and Quan (both residing in Van Long and Van Xuan hamlets, Giai Xuan Commune, Tan Ky District) appeared on motorbikes and drove into the school yard. Here, the two young men revved their engines and drove around the school yard, apparently looking for students to intimidate. Discovering the incident, the school closed the gate to stop these two subjects to clarify. At this time, Mr. Nguyen Van Giap - Secretary of the school's Youth Union was standing at the gate to stop them when a subject named Truong (a friend of Thanh and Quan) climbed over the gate and attacked them from outside. Seeing this, another teacher discovered it and called out to the whole school to stop them. While trying to stop the attack, Tai (a student in class 12A8) was hit in the head with a brick by a subject. The blow was so strong that Tai had to be hospitalized and receive 10 stitches; and teacher Nguyen Van Giap was hit so hard with a brick by subject Truong, causing serious injuries and also requiring hospitalization. Currently, all three subjects have been handed over to Tan Ky district police for handling according to the law. |
