Female worker in critical condition after being caught in brick making machine

(Baonghean.vn) - While standing next to a brick making machine (dashboard) mixing concrete, Ms. Nhung was unfortunately pulled into the machine, endangering her life.

The above work accident occurred at the brick making yard of Mr. Nguyen Van Cuu (in hamlet 12, Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district).

Accordingly, at around 10:00 a.m. (November 22), while working with dozens of workers at the brick yard, Ms. Nhung (25 years old, residing in Quynh Hau commune) was tasked with mixing construction materials next to the brick making machine when she was suddenly pulled in by the machine.

Many workers standing nearby saw this and immediately turned off the power, rescued the victim and quickly took him to the emergency room at Quynh Luu District General Hospital.

Realizing the victim's critical condition, the district hospital immediately transferred Ms. Nhung to the provincial hospital.

According to some workers here, Ms. Nhung has a husband and two small children. Due to difficult circumstances and no job, Ms. Nhung applied to work as a seasonal bricklayer. However, the victim had only been working at this brickyard for 5 days when the heartbreaking incident happened.

After receiving the information, the authorities of Quynh Luu district quickly arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify./.
