Mother and child injured under truck wheels

(Baonghean.vn) - After the collision, the mother died on the spot, and the child was taken to the emergency room by local people in critical condition.

At around 3:00 p.m. on November 26, on National Highway 1A, a motorbike with license plate 36C1- 148.37, carrying a woman and her child, was traveling in the direction of Thanh Hoa - Vinh. When reaching Km 441+500 of National Highway 1A, through Hamlet 4, Nghi Yen Commune (Nghi Loc), it collided with a truck with license plate 37C - 055.36 that was crossing the road.

The strong collision caused the mother and child to lie under the truck. The mother died on the spot, and the child was taken to the emergency room in critical condition. At the scene, the motorbike was severely damaged.

The identities of the two victims and the truck driver are being verified.
