(Baonghean.vn) - This is the issue that voters of Thanh Chuong district (Nghe An) raised with National Assembly delegates and recommended that the State make reasonable adjustments to meet work requirements at the grassroots level.

On the morning of November 30, National Assembly deputies including Mr. Tran Van Mao - Member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province and Ms. Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh - Officer of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs met with voters of Thanh Thinh, Thanh Chi, Vo Liet, Thanh An, Thanh Khe, Thanh Thuy, Thanh Linh, Thanh Huong communes in Thanh Thinh commune, Thanh Chuong district. On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Ms. Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh informed voters about the results of the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly.

Speaking at the meeting, voter Nguyen Van Quan - Permanent Deputy Secretary of Thanh Thinh commune said that currently, streamlining the payroll is very necessary, however, the allocation of grassroots cadre work still has many shortcomings and is unreasonable.

For example, Thanh Thinh commune has only one Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee but he holds four positions, so the workload is too much and overloads, causing difficulties for grassroots cadres. Therefore, voters recommend that the National Assembly make appropriate adjustments, close to the actual situation in the locality.

According to Mr. Quan, the allowance regime for the legal department, the economic department as well as civil servants and specialized cadres at the grassroots level is too low compared to the current living standards. Therefore, voters also hope that all levels and sectors will pay more attention and create more favorable conditions to have reasonable policies.

At the conference, on behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Mr. Tran Van Mao thanked the voters for their sincere and responsible comments. Regarding issues under the authority of the provincial and district levels, the provincial National Assembly delegation requested representatives of relevant agencies, sectors and leaders of Thanh Chuong district to explain.

The delegates also promised to fully absorb voters' feedback to report to the National Assembly, the Government, central and provincial ministries and branches for consideration and resolution in the coming time./.
